APA Solar, a company that manufactures the steel foundations and support systems used to support solar panels, has been acquired by ARRAY Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) for $179 million. These parts are critical for keeping large-scale solar farms sturdy and aligned, and APA’s products qualify for U.S. clean energy incentives because they’re made in Ohio. APA brought in $129 million in revenue and $25 million in EBITDA in 2024. The deal values the business at 7.6x EBITDA.
