Deals

Consolidated Mechanical, Inc. (CMI), a provider of mechanical, millwright, steel fabrication, plumbing construction, maintenance, and outage services for industrial process systems, has been acquired by Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) for $23 million. The company is expected to contribute $23 million in annualized revenue and $4 million in EBITDA beginning in 2025. The acquisition price reflects an EBITDA multiple of approximately 5.75 times.
